CIFAL was the first French company to develop its business in Azerbaijan, in 1993, after President Heydar Aliyev came to power. CIFAL introduced and guided leading French oil industry players such as ELF/Total and Bouygues Offshore/SAIPEM. In the construction industry, CIFAL worked closely with BESIX and Inter Art Etudes to complete prestigious construction projects.
