CIFAL was the first French company to locate in Kazakhstan, in 1989, before the country’s independence. Its role is to identify industrial projects and carry out feasibility studies, including financial packaging. CIFAL has dozens of key customers in Kazakhstan in its core businesses of consulting and business support.
